JCRC SUPPORTS AMERICAN TROOPS, 
PRAYS FOR SAFE RETURN HOME

Indianapolis, March 20, 2003 - The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), the public affairs arm of the organized Jewish community, today released a statement on the war with Iraq that supports American troops and expresses hope for the speedy and successful completion of their mission...

JCRC President Offer Korin issued the following statement in reaction to the beginning of the U.S. campaign to disarm Saddam Hussein:

"As the United States and its allies commence military action in the Persian Gulf, the Jewish Community Relations Council supports the brave men and women who are fighting for our country and we pray for their safety.  We hope that troops will quickly disarm Saddam Hussein, begin a process of bringing stability and democracy to Iraq and return home safely to their loved ones."
