Israel 101 Do you need to brush up on your basic knowledge about Israel? Click on the icons in the left margin of this page to explore the issues further: "Israel 101" - read these one-page summaries that provide an introduction to the history and issues of the Arab-Israeli and Israeli-Palestinian conflict; use them as an educational tool. "Middle East Briefings" - scroll through nearly 150 reports on issues dealing with Israel, the Middle East, US Foreign Policy, and global anti-Semitism. "Myths and Facts" - gain access to publications of the American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise, including On One Foot. You may also visit the web sites of the ADL and AIPAC.
JCRC Israel Committee The committee works to strengthen U.S.–Israel relations by fostering American diplomatic, economic, and military support of Israel. The committee works to combat anti-Israel propaganda and the Arab boycott. The committee voices concern for oppressed Jewish communities around the world and encourages the development of appropriate legislation to combat international terrorism. Most recently, the committee has been actively involved in encouraging the development of economic ties between Israel and the State of Indiana. The Israel Committee usually meets monthly or on an as-needed basis. This committee is currently chaired by David Warshauer. To see what programs the Israel Committee has organized,
