Interests are determined by community consensus, and defined each year in the JCRC's Guiding Principles for Legislative Advocacy. As the official lobbyist for the community, David Sklar, along with the JCRC Government Affairs Committee, determines whether individual bills will be supported, opposed, or monitored.
