Dr. Marcia Goldstone   Executive Director

Marcia Goldstone recently celebrated her 25th anniversary as Executive Director of the JCRC. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University and taught at Ball State University for 8 years before moving to Indianapolis and the JCRC. Marcia has served on numerous local and national boards and commissions during her tenure.

David Sklar   Government Affairs Associate

David was born and raised in Indianapolis; he received a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications Studies from Ball State University.  While attending Ball State he was an active member and president of the Ball State Hillel.  Before coming to the JCRC in August of 2007 David worked at the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis in the Camping and Youth Services Departments.  David also served as the JCRC’s Wolf Legislative Intern for the 2007 session of the Indiana General Assembly. 

Kathleen Wiggins   Secretary

Kathleen graduated from Ivy Tech State College in August 1994 and started working as the secretary for the JCRC in November of the same year.  She is married and has two children.
